BIOGRAPHY:
RShe was born in Rijeka where she completed primary and secondary school. She obtained her diploma in the Croatian language and literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka, in 1998. She enrolled at the post graduate scientific study of linguistics in the same year, defending her thesis of the title Metaphorisation in Terminology. In 2009 she defended her doctoral dissertation of the title Semantic Relations in the Croatian Language Terminology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka. From 1999 to 2008 she worked at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka, while from 2010 to 2011 she worked at the Department of Humanities of the University of Pula as senior assistant. From 2011 to 2013 she was an external associate at the Department of Humanities, the Department of Educational Sciences and the Department of Economy and Tourism of the University of Pula and since 2013 she has been employed as assistant professor at the Department of Educational Sciences.
