In cooperation with the Main Board and the Central Office, the Board organizes, coordinates and implements evaluation procedures and develops internal mechanisms for constituent quality assurance, management and promotion with particular regard to the following elements:

• self-evaluation,
• development of quality indicators,
• student participation in monitoring the quality of studies,
• research of the student success and causes of poor quality, inefficient and overlong study,
• competency research of teaching staff
• university staff training (lifelong education)
• improvement of the administrative and technical staff,
• evidence on teaching improvement,
• the quality of general and specific competencies achieved with programs,
• the definition and introduction of a type of standardization in the administrative part of constituents,
• planning a strategy of improving the constituent quality,
• performing the program of evaluation and the procedure of improving the constituent quality,
• coordinates the implementation of projects for professional development of constituent staff (academic, administrative and technical).
